About Caprivi Mutoya Lodge & Campsite
Caprivi Mutoya Lodge is a charming, owner-run retreat nestled in a small riverine forest on the serene banks of a tranquil backwater lake of the Zambezi River, roughly 24 km east of Katima Mulilo. Our range of accommodations includes contemporary standard rooms, cosy safari tents, and a welcoming campsite. Just off the restaurant and bar, you'll find a deck area that offers breathtaking views and stunning sunsets.
We offer a variety of activities to enrich your stay, including boat cruises, canoeing, forest walks, village tours, and floodplain drives. For those seeking a unique venue, we have a nature-inspired workshop and conference pavilion surrounded by ancient indigenous trees.

Room - Family
These spacious air-conditioned en-suite family rooms offer a bunk bed and a queen-sized bed, with fabulous lake views. Provided in each room is tea and coffee facilities, a desk, a chair, and power points.
Rooms - Twin
These spacious (either brick or wood/canvas) air-conditioned en-suite twin rooms offer two single beds with fabulous lake views. Provided in each room is tea and coffee facilities, a desk and chair, fans, and power points.
Room - Double
These spacious (either brick or wood/canvas) air-conditioned en-suite rooms offer a comfortable queen-size bed with one overlooking the lake. Provided in each room is tea and coffee facilities, a desk and chair, a fan, and power points.
Campsite Tents
3m x 3m canvas safari tents with their own bathrooms can be found in the spacious campsite further back on the property, offering an abundance of shade. Each tent has two single beds with bed linen, towels, a fan, a power point, and a light.
Campsite
Four large campsites are located further back on the property, away from any views of the lake. Huge indigenous trees provide shade over the lushly lawned campsites. Each spot comes equipped with its own light, power outlet & BBQ/braai facilities.
Room - Single
This lovely single room offers a 3/4 sized bed for a single occupant. Provided in the room is a tea/coffee facility, desk and chair, fan, and power points, which are for 3 round pin wall plugs.
