The signature pizzas are an unusual balance of ingredients which completely take guests by surprise. Each ranging from coronation chicken, green olives, litchi, hazelnuts and parmesan (the Chardonnay pizza) to prosciutto, butternut, feta, pumpkin seeds, avocado puree and crème Fraiche (the Sauvignon Blanc pizza) and everything in between.
