Chumbe Island Coral Park Marine Park

Chumbe Island Coral Park was created to preserve the exceptional coral reefs of the area and subsequently the forest on the island. It is unique in that it is a private venture and a Marine National Park. There has been no fishing or anchoring of boats on these corals since the early 1990s and thanks to the well-preserved corals, snorkeling and diving are enjoyed.
