Seboba Nature & Recreational Park

Seboba Nature & Recreational Park is located in Kasane, Botswana. The large thatched complex features an information desk, curios shops, cultural artefacts, local crafts, books, poetry gifts, souvenirs, clothing and much more. On arrival, visitors have the option to take part in a river walk, go to the cultural village, check out the viewpoint or see what might be going on at the theatre. The river walk starts with a walk along an elevated walkway, where visitors can enjoy views of the Chobe River, the rapids and the surrounding nature. The walk has several viewpoints with benches, where visitors can enjoy birdwatching. At the end of the walking path, there are two picnic spots with benches, wash-up facilities, and a braai area with a lovely covered hut. Both male and female toilets are available as well as monkey proof trash bins. The traditional cultural village has four huts which represent Basubiya, Banamibia, Basarwa and Batawan cultures. Here, visitors will be able to see the way they sleep, store food, and where they share the communal area for entertainment. The theatre is a beautiful modern multi-purpose complex complemented by a traditional thatched roof, and it is where cultural entertainment performances are done.
