Selborne Golf Estate

The golf course is a superb masterpiece affording golfers breathtaking scenery as they weave their way through manicured fairways and coastal forest. Created in 1985 when Denis Barker decided to turn his diary stud farm into a golf course, Selborne’s claim to having one of the premier championship golf courses in the country is well justified when you consider the amount of both professional and amateur golfers from around the world who return every year for the pleasure it gives them.

One must also not forget that Selborne is situated on South Africa’s “Golf Coast”. Within an hours drive of Selborne are a number of other top golf courses – 11 of them in Golf Digest’s top 100 courses.
