Tradouw Quads

We are situated in the Tradouw valley 46 km from Montagu and 15 km from Barrydale, approximately 30 min from Montagu. We are on the Route 62 only 1 km away from the tar road.

We are in the priviledged position of offering clients quad bike tours with a diversity of landscapes and scenery. Our quad bike tours cover both the Langeberg Mountain range and the Little Karoo. Some of the quad bike tours follow the trails of the original people and the pioneers of our historic valley.

Respecting nature is a very high priority to TRADOUW QUADS. We therefore go to great lengths to prevent soil erosion and to protect our indigenous fauna and flora, thereby offering our clients an eco friendly experience when they come on our quad bike tours.

Our trails in the mountain and in the Karoo (semi-desert) are hand built and they are only as wide as a quad bike and the trails look like miniature 4x4 trails. They also go over natural obstacles like ditches, riverbeds (usually dry or with only a little water) and rocky mountainsides. In this breathtaking and tranquil setting, our clients on the quad bike tours can experience nature in an exceptional and healthy way. We believe that quad bikes are very handy tools to get access to nature and discover it as if you were walking.

We have tours from very easy to very difficult which is suitable for children, exciting for the experienced and easy enough for seniors to enjoy comfortably. All our tours are guided and everyone receives training how to handle the quad bike. They also practices on the grass till they are comfortable at handling the quad bike.

So it does not matter at all if the person has been on a quad before or not, we will teach you how.
We have a 1 hour tour for R 270 p. p and 2 hour tour for R 390 p. p and small children can be lifted at R 70 p. h. or you can bring your own quad bike for R90 p.h.
