About Zanzibar Coffee House
The Zanzibar Coffee House Hotel offers a touch of magic and romance in an authentic Arabic house deep in the heart of Stone Town. Transformed into a stylish hotel with harmonious interiors, antiques and rich fabrics, it is one of the oldest buildings in Zanzibar constructed by the Wazir to Sultan Said Bargash in 1885.
Most stunning of the 8 individually designed rooms is the Arabica Suite with its terracotta décor and low Arabic sofas and the plush Bourbon Suite with two adjoining rooms in cobalt blue and gold. All rooms are air-conditioned and have traditional Zanzibar four-poster beds with lavish mosquito nets, rare lamps, antique furniture and unusual details.

The Arabica Suite boasts a comfortable double bed spread out in a room with terracotta décor and low Arabic sofas. This room is of course fitted out with an en-suite bathroom

Bourbon Family Suite (en-suite bathroom) has a king size bed in a blue and gold detailed arabian style room.

Cappuccino Deluxe
Cappuccino (Standard Room En Suite) is a spectacular room furnished with among other things a big beautiful closet. The suite features a big double bed with minute attention devoted to every detail.
3rd person: Day bed with mosquito net (cost USD30)
Moccachino Twin
Moccachino (Standard Room En Suite) has twin beds. The room itself and the adjoining en suite bathroom are filled with numerous yellows and golds.
Macchiato Double
Macchiato (Standard Room En Suite) comes furnished with a double bed in a room balanced in whites and oranges. An en suite bathroom is provided.
Espresso Double
Espresso (Standard Room) is equipped with a double bed in a room styled with lots of wooden furniture. Just like Caturra and Excelsa, Espresso has its private bathroom close by in the corridor.
Excelsa Twin
Excelsa (Standard Room) has twin beds (two seperate single beds) in a room with light interior design. Excelsa comes with a beautifully decorated private bathroom in the corridor.
Caturra Single
Caturra (Single) offers a single bed in a comfortable and beautifully decorated room. This room has a private and luxurious bathroom across the corridor.
