Lico Lodge

Lico Lodge is a small local lodge in Le Manyatta village, it is often used for volunteers staying to assist at nearby Matimu, Le Manyara and Mukulat schools. The lodge has 16 twin rooms, with indoor toilets. Everything flushes but you wash yourself with buckets. Meals at Lico Lodge are prepared in a traditional style by a local lady named Mama Branco, in the dining area. Mt. Meru looms up in the background and be prepared for powdery volcanic dust. Lico Lodge is a clean and well located guesthouse for volunteering for projects in the area.
