The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The room also has a queen size bed with a quality mattress, television and a convenient electronic safe. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed while the third bedroom has two single beds all with good quality mattresses. These two rooms share a bathroom, which has a shower. All three rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners. The Unit has a lovely covered patio with a gas braai. The living area has a television, DStv decoder, DVD Player, ceiling fans, air conditioner and comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality necessities, including a toaster, kettle, microwave oven, oven/stove, fridge/freezer and a dish washer! The Unit also has a utility room for washing up and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. As part of the Unit you will also find a dry yard, with a convenient, retractable washing line.
