About The Homestead Margate
The Homestead boasts nineteen magnificent rooms, including standard and executive suites and an exquisite Honeymoon Suite. With your suitcases safely deposited in your suite, it's time for you to enjoy your Margate beach holiday.
From the spacious balconies, found on every floor, you can sit back and take in the splendid sea views, from Lucien Beach all the way down to Southbroom. Enjoy early morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Indian Ocean. Watch the fisherman casting their rods from the piers or heading out on their boats for some deep sea fishing. After breakfast, grab your costume and towel and hit the beach - The Homestead is within easy walking distance - and when you're done, head home to escape the heat of the day in your luxury Margate accommodation. After the beach & relaxing bath or shower, enjoy a light lunch at one of many restaurants and then flop into an armchair or get cozy on the couch with some good holiday reading. After a nap in a big, comfortable bed with cool, crisp linen, you'll feel refreshed and ready to tackle the afternoon's activities. In the early evening, perch yourself on a deckchair on the balcony and take in the sunset and listen to that soothing sound of waves breaking on the shore, while sipping a glass of chilled white wine.
