This exceptional home maintains its charming beach cottage feel, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two share a full bathroom with an extra-large shower and a spacious vanity. Three bedrooms can be arranged with either a king-sized bed or two extra-length single beds, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, accommodating four guests. The flatlet houses two adult tri-bunk beds, comfortably sleeping six, with its own en=suite bathroom. For comfort, all bedrooms are fitted with remote-controlled ceiling fans and ample cupboard space.

The home?s generous open-plan design seamlessly connects the lounge, kitchen, and dining area, leading through stacking doors to a stunning 200m² patio and pool deck with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. This outdoor haven is perfect for entertaining, complete with its own dining area and two braai spots, one of which is covered. Two of the bedrooms also enjoy direct access to this patio. The lounge features a 50" smart TV with DStv and Netflix, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas stove, and a separate chest freezer.

Thoughtfully designed with guest comfort and safety in mind, this cottage offers features such as slip-resistant tiles and USB plug points. The entire 350m² home, including the patio, is equipped with advanced PVC ceiling panels to regulate temperature. The property is fully fenced with an automated gate, pet-friendly beams, a state-of-the-art alarm system, and CCTV cameras, all of which can be monitored via the smart TV. Additionally, the property includes two 5,000-litre water tanks to ensure a reliable water supply. Upon your arrival,the owners will be there to welcome you. Bedding and towels are also provided for your convenience. We also provide a small welcome pack that includes tea, coffee, and toiletries.
