About SA Surfari
Located in a small South African beach town called Umzumbe, we host our accomodation for our guests at our beach front lodge on Umzumbe Beach. We are situated on the North East Coast of South Africa, 1 hours drive south from Durban International Airport.
We run surf lessons and surf camps on Umzumbe Beach.

Beach View - Queen Bed
With an incredible view of the Indian Ocean and sea breeze infront of your bed, this bedroom is the ocean lovers room, most secluded from house with the best view. Suitable for adults or couples, sleeps singles or couples comfortably in a Queen size bed.
The Bamboo Room - Queen bed
The Bamboo Surf room is also private, tucked away in the corner of the house away from any other rooms, suitable for adults, couples or singles looking for privacy. Sleeps one or two in a Double size bed with a large breezy window and ceiling fan. Clean,
Bunk Room 2
Designed for a few singles or a group of 4 on a budget, this room is clean and comfortable, equipped with 1 bunk bed and 2 singal beds.
Bunk Room 1
Our bunk room is equipped with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed that sleeps 5 singles. Basic for the travelers on a budget but, clean and cozy.
Beach Bungalow
The Beach Front Bungalow is a luxury surf shack that has a kitchen, toilet, outside shower, a bedroom upstairs that sleeps 2.
Banana Bungalow
The Beach Front Bungalow is a luxury surf shack that has a kitchen, toilet, outside shower, a bedroom upstairs that sleeps 2 and a sleeper couch downstairs that sleeps 2.
Main House
The main house consists of two double rooms each with a Queen Bed, and two five sleeper bunk rooms. There is a full kitchen, lounge, dining area, two bathrooms, outdoor showers and garden with direct beach access, outdoor deck, treehouse and firepit.
