All the above describe our resort. It is a little bit of paradise in the palm of our hands. We are situated on the Lower South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal in the village of Palm Beach, which derives its name from the indigenous Ilala Palm which abounds in the area.
What makes us special?
We are located in the heart of scenic beauty, adjacent to the Mpenjati Nature Reserve with its abundant bird life and hiking trails. No high rises, no crowds, just nature & the sea. Yet, we’re close to all the action: just a 15 minute drive to Margate, 20 minutes to the South Coast Mall and Shelley Centre or 10 minutes to Port Edward and 25 minutes to the Wild Coast Sun Hotel & Casino.
A natural tidal pool, the estuary, the fossilised Cretaceous trees embedded in the rocks of the Marine Reserve & un-crowded, pristine, beaches that stretch for miles. Easy secure access across the boardwalk directly onto the beach, which means no loading up the car, no sitting in traffic in peak season, no hunting for a parking spot before you can enjoy the surf. Forgot your sun lotion? Just stroll back across the boardwalk to your unit. Our beaches are the safest on the Lower South Coast due to the presence of our local Sector Police who patrol the beach.

Downstairs unit, fully furnished with easy access direct to the beach. Two rooms, one with double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Please note we do not supply towels, dish cloths, dish wash or toilet paper. Please bring some along.
4 Sleeper Sea View (10 Upstairs)
Upstairs, 2 bedroom unit with sea view. Close to the swimming pool, jungle gym and braai. Fully furnished. Bathroom fitted with bath. Main bedroom has double bed & spare room has 2 single beds. No towels, please bring your own.
6 Sleeper Sea View (7 Upstairs)
6 Sleeper, two bathroom upstairs unit with sea view. Close to the pool. Walking distance to the sea.
4 Sleeper Garden View (29 Upstairs)
4 Sleeper upstairs unit with garden view, close to private beach access. One bathroom. Fully equipped.
4 Sleeper Sea View (64 Upstrairs)
Beautiful 4 sleeper with sea view. Shower only...balcony with views of the sea and the gardens.
4 Sleeper Garden View (19 Upstairs)
Garden View 4 sleeper apartment, with direct private access to the beach. 24-hour security. Lovely setting.
4 Sleeper Garden View (21 Downstairs)
A lovely downstairs unit with easy and close access to the beach using a private entrance to the beach. Braai facilities right in front of the unit in the garden.
