About Barefoot B&B
Geckos Rest Southbroom is our little piece of paradise and we are proud to have you stay with us. Relax in your own en suit room with private patio or join the us in the communal area for some story swapping. Hang out in the lounge, around the bar, in the pool and find your own piece of garden to relax in. Reclaimed wood and glass are what make our place unique and you will find it everywhere from the glass wall in your room to the patio area in the communal room. We look forward to having you!
Our neighbourhood is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Quiet roads through lush forests are perfect for walks, bike rides or an afternoon trail run through the conservancy. The beach is a 3 minute drive away and offers some great surfing and swimming. Be sure to check out 'Grannies Pool' where kids can swim and snorkel. Play a game of tennis or a round of Golf just four minutes from us.
PS: The South Coast boasts 5 Blue flag beaches in KwaZulu-Natal with closest one being within 3 minutes’ drive!

The Forest Room
Forest Room has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There is also a sleeper couch that can sleep an additional 1 adult. Outside patio,Tea and Coffee Facilities, Air-conditioner, TV (open view), Bar Fridge, No Smoking in Rooms.
The White Room
White Room has a double bed with a private bathroom with shower, patio, TV & DVD player, Tea and Coffee Facilities, Bar Fridge, No Smoking in Rooms.
The Vintage Room
Vintage Room has a double bed with a private bathroom, Vintage free-standing bath only and private patio. Garden views, Tea and Coffee Facilities, Bar Fridge, TV, No Smoking in Rooms.
Self-catering unit
Our Self-catering unit consists of a private enclosed braai and eating area.The entrance opens up to a open plan lounge and small kitchenette.The unit has One double room and one unique little loft room with a double bed (NB: Loft is for Kids use only).
