WHERE WE ARE

Miland Court, in the heart of Amanzimtoti. This town has been a favourite holiday destination for many people for years. Miland Court is in a 1960's well-maintained secure complex and is within walking distance from Toti's main business area. Old building! Yes, but so is 90% of holiday letting in this town.

PROXIMATY

Within driving distance, you will not only find one but three beaches offering excellent fishing, safe swimming in shark-net protected waters as well blissful sunbathing and endless sand-castle building opportunities. The new Galleria Mall is a ten minute drive and access to the highway is a stone throw away.

THE APARTMENT

This newly revamped fully furnished self-catering unit is a ground floor inland facing cosy apartment sleeping 4 people with 1-bathroom. The first bedroom offers two 3/4 beds and is on suite to the kitchen with a door separating the rest of the apartment. The second bedroom is an open plan design forming part of the lounge and dining room with the only bathroom being on-suite. It offers a cosy King size bed.

FACILITIES

Wheelchair access right to the door step. You are a few steps away from the communal barbeque area with its outdoor furniture and lush garden. No stairs to climb, an absolute bonus! The complex has 24-hour security, reserved secure parking for one vehicle, plus ample open street-parking for visitors.
