Hippo Hills Self-Catering is located on the scenic banks of the Crocodile River. The luxury, thatch-roof house overlooks the Kruger National Park and is just four hours' drive from Johannesburg and in close proximity to both Swaziland and Mozambique borders. Hippo Hils is part of a larger resort called Ngwenya Lodge, and activities such as elephant back safaris, micro-lighting, game drives, quad biking and tiger fishing can be arranged daily.

Guests also have full access to tennis courts, swimming pools, a restaurant, pub, beauty salon, entertainment area, bat houses, bird hides, a children’s game centre, a convenience store, a mini golf course and much more. Visitors can also arrange for self-drives or open-vehicle drives into the Kruger Park, which is just 10 minutes away over Crocodile Bridge. Visitors to Hippo Hills will also be able to view game from their private patio.
