About Karisia Seya Camp
This remote camp is placed beneath shady Neutonia trees, at the junction of two sand rivers that feed off the Karisia Hills and the Laikipia Plateau.
The local Samburu people use these river courses like roads through the rugged terrain. In dry times, the local people dig wells in the river beds to water their camels and goats from the crystal clear water. f
Evening is a special time, we might see elephant stroll past, or watch vervet monkeys up to mischief in the trees. If we're lucky, we may see wild dogs tearing down the sand river chasing Impala.
The perfect hideaway.
