Laha Resort & Spa (formerly known as Marina’s Camp) a safari-style camp, set to open in July 2024 in Maun, Botswana is designed to offer an authentic, tranquil, and sustainable experience for guests. The safari camp with thatched African huts, is ideal for tourists looking for an authentic, Botswana village life experience. The safari camp is located 10 km north of Maun, along the Shorobe Road, which leads to the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. It has eight thatched en-suite chalets arranged in a horseshoe shape, like a Setswana village, and can accommodate 18 guests. Set amongst a lush floodplain and riverine vegetation, this hidden gem offers space for relaxation and tranquility, making it the ideal stop-over in and or out of the Okavango Delta. Situated along a riverine branching off from the main Thamalakane River, this hidden gem consists of a circular thatched bush bar, a massage spa, a swimming pool, and a thatched restaurant serving local and international flavoured dishes.
