Lokisale Region

Located in beautiful Tanzania, this spectacular area offers magnificent views of Mount Meru, Lokisale Mountain, and on a clear day, Mount Kilimanjaro emerges from the northeast. At 1400 metres above sea level the Lokisale Region offers a cooler climate which combines with the terrain to make an ideal horse riding environment. The area is scenic with open savannahs, acacia woodland and riverine forests with beautiful sausage trees and baobabs. The bird life is plentiful and the game includes steenboks, impala, striped hyenas, jackals, bush babies, aardvarks, greater kudu and Thompson gazelles.
