Sabine's Drostdy Restaurant was established in 2010 in the Zanddrift building at the Swellendam Drostdy Museum by Sabine Fiorine. Sabine is a well known and successful Belgium restauranteur in Swellendam and this is the third restaurant she has started here, both of the others are still in operation today. At Sabine's you will experience something decadently different, a magnificent view in an extraordinary environment.
