With a reputation extending across the globe, George Jardine’s success continued with the opening of Jardine in 2006, a fine dining restaurant that enjoys fame in South Africa. The current executive chef has taken the food in a bold new direction, and customers can expect some exquisite dishes, both to look at and to devour. Jardine Restaurant is located in a building full of history and character, which has in the past been used as a butchery, chocolatier, jewellery shop and radio station. Now it is Jardine’s mouth-watering aromas that fill the building.
