The Kitchen Door

The Kitchen Door is a restaurant at Gabriëlskloof, led by Chef Jen Ward. The kitchen focuses on seasonal ingredients and produce from Overberg suppliers, with menus shaped by wood‑fired cooking. Breakfast and lunch offerings include shared plates, rustic mains, and baked goods prepared in a wood‑fire oven. The space is designed for long, relaxed meals, with food centred on fire, simplicity, and farm‑led cooking. It forms part of the wine and olive farm’s hospitality offering.
