The Country Kitchen

The Country Kitchen is Mont Rochelle's informal restaurant located just a short walk or a quick drive from the main hotel building and adjacent to our wine cellar. It’s an ideal place for wine tasting, a light lunch in the sunshine or a relaxed dinner whilst enjoying the breath-taking views of the Franschhoek valley.

Expect informal bistro/deli cuisines such as a Garlic Butter Prawn Salad, Bake Cheese, Duo of Lamb, the Catch of the Day, Sticky Toffee Pudding or homemade ice cream to name a few. Italian Cold Meats or a Local Cheese platter can also be enjoyed.

Country style picnic baskets can also be pre-ordered and enjoyed at the various picnic spots located on the farm. Wine tasting and sales are open 7 days a week.
