Protégé is an exciting new casual fine dining eatery under the guidance of previous Eat Out Chef of the Year, La Colombe’s Scot Kirton. The head chef, Zane Soutar, previously the sous chef at Epice, works with local suppliers to keep the menu fresh and seasonal. The restaurant aims to maintain a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
