The Trout Tree Restaurant

Built in an enormous Fig Tree along the Burguret River, below Mount Kenya, The Trout Tree Restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience. The restaurant serves fresh trout from the trout ponds below, char-grilled to perfection. The menu also includes prime Laikipia beef and vegetarian options. On weekends, a kids' menu is available and the pizza oven is fired up to offer a variety of delicious pizzas. The restaurant can seat up to 60 people. It is home to two troupes of resident colobus monkeys and several resident tree Hyrax, as well as an abundance of bird life.
