Nosy Ankazoberavina

Far off the beaten tourist track, tiny Nosy Ankazoberavina is the definition of tropical island bliss. It is located an hour’s boat ride from Nosy Be off Madagascar’s northwest coast and is an untamed rainforest wilderness encircled by a warm azure bay. The virgin jungle interior teems with life, from vividly coloured birds and chameleons, to various species of lemurs - an endearing primate species endemic to this island nation - while the coast provides a habitat for nesting hawksbill turtles. The southern side of the island has a protected lagoon that offers superb kayaking, snorkelling and scuba diving, while sailing and deep-sea fishing can be enjoyed further offshore.
