Ngutuni Wildlife Sanctuary

Bordered on three sides by Tsavo East National Park, the 40.4-hectare Ngutuni Sanctuary offers prime wildlife viewing opportunities with the distinctive backdrop of the Sagala Hills. Just a 2.5-hour drive from Mombasa, the sanctuary is teeming with life. Herds of elephant, lion, buffalo, and zebra roam the grassy plains, while a waterhole attracts an impressive array of animals including waterbuck, warthog, and over 500 bird species. Visitors can observe these creatures from their rooms or a dedicated viewing deck, making the sanctuary an ideal base for exploring the rich wildlife of southern Kenya.
