Kyambura Gorge

Kyambura Gorge in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda, is a striking 11-kilometer-long canyon carved by the Kyambura River. At this attraction, visitors can explore dense tropical forests and enjoy guided walks that reveal diverse flora and fauna. Activities include chimpanzee tracking, birdwatching, and nature hikes, offering encounters with primates such as colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and baboons, alongside rare bird species. Notably, Kyambura Gorge is one of the few places in Uganda where visitors can see habituated chimpanzees in the wild.
