Uganda has a tropical climate, though conditions vary according to the altitude. Generally it is hot and humid through most of the year with cool mountain breezes. There are two rainy seasons: from September to November and from March to May. The dry season runs from December to March and June through September. The average temperatures vary between 26°C - 30°C for most of the year.
