Pange Island, Zanzibar

Pange Island is also known as Sandbank island, an islet just off Stone Town harbour to the West. It is usually reached on a traditional dhow. It has a stunning beach on which to get a tan and enjoy the stunning crystal clear azure waters of the Indian Ocean. The Pange Sandbank features pure white sands and breathtaking views of the turquoise waters that surround the island and of the birds above.

The underwater world features tropical fish swimming among the beautiful, live coral reef that surrounds the Sandbank.
