Serengeti - Lobo

The Lobo area is a popular game viewing destination throughout the year, with the Big Five – rhino, elephant, lion, leopard and buffalo – roaming its rolling hills, forests and rivers, as well as giraffe, antelope and a host of other creatures. During August and September, visitors may be treated to the amazing spectacle of the Great Migration, as hundreds of thousands of wildebeest move through the region on their route north. Built into and around the striking granite outcrops of Lobo Kopje is Lobo Lodge, a simple yet wonderfully scenic hotel with over 70 rooms, a bar and a swimming pool.
