Wilderness National Park

Nestled within South Africa’s Garden Route National Park, the Wilderness National Park offers a tranquil blend of lakes, rivers, estuaries and forested mountains. Stretching from the Touw River mouth to the Swartvlei estuary, it protects five lakes and the Serpentine waterway. Visitors can explore nature trails, spot kingfishers and Knysna louries, or paddle along calm backwaters. The Ebb-and-Flow Rest Camp provides riverside camping and stilted log cabins.
