Vredenheim Big Cats Park

The Big Cats Park is fully approved by Cape Nature and currently home to 2 brown lions, 3 white lions, 1 black leopard, 1 African leopard and 4 Bengal tigers of which there are 2 white ones.

Vredenheim is also home to a wide variety of game, including sables, blue wildebeest, golden wildebeest, zebra, springbok, fallow deer and eland.

Birdwatchers can keep an eye out for white pelican, hadeda, blue crane, spur-winged geese, guinea-fowl and – if you are lucky – fish eagle, jackal buzzard and yellow-billed kite.
