Quoin Rock Wine Estate has deep, historic roots but fate, passion, energy and vision have transformed the old wine estate. Under the custodianship of the Gaiduk family, 2012 signalled a new era. The family not only invested in the restoration of the 200-ha estate over the following years but in a future where visitors and guests would be captivated by their experience. The estate's wines offer a myriad of well-balanced, complex flavours that generate even more harmonies over time. The viticulturist keeps watch over the development of the vines, the weather and the soil. It is then the winemaker’s turn in a combination of natural alchemy and years of experience, to create superior, well-balanced wines with complex flavours. Guests can buy a variety of wines including chardonnay, shiraz, sauvignon blanc, rose and shiraz cabernet sauvignon.
