Asara Winery

Originally established in 1691, Asara was sold to new owners in 2001 and has since become known as a premium wine producer. Located in the hills just outside Stellenbosch, it is known for its well-balanced and well-priced wines, most notably its flagship Bell Tower collection. The estate encompasses a contemporary five-star hotel as well as an elegant restaurant and tapas bistro.
