Seekoeirivier Nature Reserve, situated between Aston Bay and Paradise Beach, approximately 5 km south of Jeffreys Bay, spans around 66 hectares at the confluence of the Seekoei and Swart Rivers. This reserve offers a rich blend of Kaffrarian thicket, coastal fynbos, and riverine scrub, providing a habitat for diverse wildlife including bushbuck, caracal, and over 120 bird species. Visitors can enjoy hiking trails, bird watching from a hide, and exploring the estuary via a small pontoon. The nearby Penguin Rehab Centre offers a unique opportunity to learn about and see penguins recovering from pollution.
