Kabeljous Nature Reserve

Kabeljous Nature Reserve, located north of Jeffreys Bay along the R102, offers visitors a pristine 2.5 km coastline featuring dune thickets, forests, bushveld, and wetlands. This reserve is a hiker's paradise with trails ranging from three to seven kilometers, where travelers can spot wildlife such as bushbuck, duiker, bushpig, grysbok, caracal, mongoose, and over 100 bird species. The reserve also provides a picnic area at the estuary, making it an ideal spot for a day of nature exploration and relaxation.
