Topiary Wines

The Topiary Wine Estate is situated in Franschhoek and was previously known as La Tramontane, a fruit farm until 2005. In that year, the previous owner constructed a cellar and a tasting room, officially launching Topiary. The 20-hectare vineyard is planted with three grape varieties: Chardonnay on the highest area and Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz on the gentle slopes of the mountain. The boutique winery is surrounded by the striking Klein Drakenstein mountains, located on a gently sloping lower mountain slope at the foothills of Wemmershoek Mountain.
