Le Manoir de Brendel is a family-owned estate where all grapes are hand-harvested. The red wines undergo an initial fermentation in tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in barrels, and are then matured on oak for 16 to 19 months. In the mild and sunny climate beneath the mountains, the estate cultivates Shiraz, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Chardonnay grape varieties.
