Cederberg Private Cellar

The Cape’s loftiest-lying vineyards are set amidst the spectacular wilderness of the Cederberg Mountains, where cool air and pure spring water provide the nurturing elements needed for premium wine grapes. The cellar’s Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc recently clinched fourth place on Wine magazine’s 2010 Sauvignon Blanc Top Ten list. The estate aims to protect the Cape Floral Kingdom through its affiliation with the Biodiversity and Wine Initiative.
