Olyfberg

Located in the Breede River Valley near the town of Robertson, Olyfberg produces a variety of olive products made from Mission, Leccino, Frantoio, Manzanilla, Coratina and Kalamata olives which are grown on the farm, El Olivar. Olyfberg’s tasting room is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, when visitors can taste and purchase extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, olives, and tapenade. A variety of body lotions and soaps manufactured from olives and other natural additives are also on sale, and olive trees can be purchased at the farm’s nursery. From March to July it is possible to visit the factory and watch the production processes. Bookings are required for groups larger than 5 people.
