Karoo Desert National Botanical Gardens

Located at the foot of the Hexriver Mountain range, Karoo Desert National Botanical Gardens is a beautiful garden which conserves and displays plants from both arid and semi-arid regions of southern Africa with a focus placed on succulents.

The array of beautiful flora and fauna can be viewed with pre-arranged guided tours, self-guided tours or while hiking one of the three trails on the estate. The garden is also home to a large lawn, ideal for picnics and an indigenous nursery.
