About Ashton Wine Cellars

The Ashton Co-operative Wine Cellar was launched in 1963 by 28 farmers in the Robertson region. It currently caters to 60-odd members, handles 45 cultivars and produces a diverse range of wines, some of which are supplied to the international market. Open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm; Saturdays and public holidays 9am to 2pm (summer), 10am to 2pm (winter). A range of activities – including horse riding, horse cart rides, picnics, 4x4 drives and hiking – can be booked through the cellar.
