About Tsaobis Leopard Nature Park
Tsaobis Nature Park, in central Namibia, is a geological wonderland. Between 1958-1972, pegmatite mining yielded rare minerals like aquamarine, tourmaline, and heliodor. After independence, the "Tsaobis Leopard Park" was founded, later nationalized and then re-opened in 2012 as Tsaobis Nature Park Restcamp. The park showcases the 650-million-year-old Damara Formation, featuring a marble amphitheatre and Python Valley. Enjoy exceptional hiking, 4x4 trails, and comfortable bungalows amidst Namibia's breathtaking landscapes.
