About Phillipps Cave
Phillips Cave, located in Namibia's Erongo Mountains, is a historical site known for its ancient rock art. The cave lies on the grounds of the Ameib Ranch, approximately 20 kilometres west of Usakos. Discovered in the late 19th century, the cave houses well-preserved San (Bushman) paintings, including the famous "White Elephant" depiction.
