St Augustin

The village of St. Augustin is located in the Atsimo-Andrefana Region of Madagascar, near the mouth of the Onilahy River, and flanked by giant white limestone cliffs. While most come here for the wonderful fishing, the town also provides charming beaches and calm waters offering good swimming, diving and kayaking opportunities. Also notable is the town’s proximity to the tropic of Capricorn, which passes a few kilometres to the north. With a variety of beautiful natural landscapes surrounding the town and an interesting history with pirates, the town provides an idyllic and fascinating holiday destination.
