About Sibiloi National Park

Sibiloi National Park is home to some of the most important paleontological and archaeological discoveries including the shell of a giant tortoise, a set of crocodile jaws 1.5m long and an extinct species of elephant with massive tusks. Today Lake Turkana is home to the world’s greatest crocodile population, turtles, numerous species of fish and thousands of flamingos and pelicans.
