Mount Longonot - 2776m

The National Park is centred round the Mount Longonot volcano which dates back to the formation of the Rift Valley. This impressive cone, with its jagged edged crater nearly 2kms across, rises up more than 700m above Lake Naivasha and its well treed valleys attract numerous birds and animals. Aside from game viewing the Park provides hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing.
