Longonot National Park

Located in the Great Rift Valley, the Longonot National Park features an extinct volcano named Mount Longonot. Nature enthusiasts can hike to the rim of the crater and take in breath-taking views stretching from the forest to Lake Naivasha. The park is home to buffaloes, elands, lions, leopards, bushbucks, zebras, giraffes and gazelles which roam freely in their natural habitat, including birds of prey and various bird species. Activities in the park include biking, hiking, safaris, rock climbing and viewing Lake Naivasha.
