Mount Suswa 2356m

Mount Suswa is an amazing geological formation, from its rim you look down into a double crater system which is pocked with numerous volcanic caves the whole of which is protected in a conservation area with a variety of wild animals including baboons, rock hyraxes, zebra, klipspringer, giraffe and Thomsons gazelle. It is a great day trip from Nairobi and aside from the caves you can hike (to the bottom of the crater if you desire).
